• Act as a Salesforce Functional Analyst, working with Communications Cloud. • Elicit, analyze and document business requirements together with the technical team and business stakeholders. • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for implementation in Salesforce. • Perform functional configuration of the Salesforce platform (flows, objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts and declarative automations). • Support the technical team with functional detailing and validation of proposed solutions. • Assist with refinements, functional alignments and support for the project’s agile ceremonies together with the Project Lead. • Ensure solutions adhere to the client’s business processes and Salesforce best practices. • Support functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live monitoring.
Job Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce in a Functional Analyst role or equivalent position.
- Experience in eliciting and documenting functional requirements.
- Background in Salesforce projects for medium- to high-complexity corporate environments.
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience or strong familiarity with Salesforce solutions for the Telecom industry (Communications Cloud).
- Ability to act as a bridge between business and technology.
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- Proactivity, autonomy and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.

Role Description The Fleet Modernization I&C Sales Manager drives growth and modernization programs in US and Canada nuclear power plant operations. This role provides commercialization of instrumentation and control (I&C) products covering safety and non-safety systems, in-core and ex-core solutions, and digital platforms. The sales manager leads strategic, long-term engagement with customers, shaping modernization roadmaps, driving cross-site opportunities, and collaborating with other BU sales teams to maximize account penetration and revenue.
