• Own and grow a defined territory through field prospecting, phone outreach, networking, referrals, and ongoing client engagement • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from initial outreach through long-term account expansion • Develop a deep understanding of client operations and logistics needs to effectively position Imperative’s solutions • Use data, tools, and market insights to strategically plan daily activities and maximize territory performance • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and long-term success • Represent Imperative professionally and consistently with a customer first mindset in all interactions
• Responsible for driving the pipeline, securing new business, and delivering revenue growth amongst their team. • Focus on the management of outside business-to-business sales through lead generation and client development. • Generating new business, client account management, building and managing the success of a team of 1-4 Sales Representatives. • Setting performance expectations, monitoring sales metrics, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
