Director of Sales
Reliant Health Partners
• Develop a broker sales strategy with a focus on the generation of broker activity and corresponding new business sales • Achieve annual new business sales targets by successfully leveraging their existing relationships and developing new relationships with benefit consultants and insurance brokers • Create awareness of Reliant’s various group health products in your assigned territory. • Provide quality consultative services to prospects and clients to thoroughly understand needs and ensure our products and services provide maximum return • Track all sales-related activity and KPIs in Salesforce, including monthly read-outs to Management on pipeline generation and recently closed business • Adhere to Reliant’s standardized pricing by product • Communicate Reliant’s value proposition, product updates, and other topics of importance to brokers through virtual and in-person visits and conferences • Work in collaboration with Reliant personnel to meet client service standards, identify impediments, and execute solutions
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of previous experience selling in the health insurance broker community or related sales experience.
- Understanding of the group health cost-containment space or related sales experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively across sales, implementation, account management, and operations
- Impeccable personal and professional ethics, integrity, and standards
- High level of motivation and ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
