• Defining and refining architecture for new features and long-term platform evolution. • Designing and coding features end-to-end, from front-end components to backend APIs and data layers. • Reviewing pull requests and contributing high-quality, scalable code across the stack. • Troubleshooting complex issues in production and guiding incident response when needed. • Set technical direction through architecture discussions, coding standards, and best practices. • Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver solutions that balance technical and business needs. • Operate with minimal supervision, driving complex initiatives from design through delivery. • Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve performance, scalability, and reliability of systems.

• Develop and maintain visually appealing and responsive websites using React. • Implement pixel-perfect designs provided by UI/UX designers. • Optimize website performance for speed and SEO. • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness. • Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins. • Create and manage WordPress websites, including content management and updates. • Optimize WordPress sites for SEO and performance. • Work with backend developers to integrate front-end components with APIs and databases. • Ensure data integrity and security. • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and other team members to deliver high-quality websites. • Understand and implement client requirements. • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

• Build reusable UI components using React, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and Storybook. • Create responsive, accessible, and semantic templates that align with brand and UX standards. • Implement modern build tools and workflows (Webpack, Vite, etc.). • Develop and maintain custom themes, plugins, and Gutenberg blocks. • Work with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), custom post types, and taxonomies. • Integrate with the WordPress REST API and/or GraphQL for dynamic and headless implementations. • Apply WordPress hardening and follow OWASP Top 10 best practices. • Prevent vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, SQL injection) through secure coding practices. • Optimize for Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) with caching, code splitting, and image/CDN optimization. • Implement clean HTML, heading hierarchy, and crawlable templates. • Ensure proper use of meta tags, canonical tags, robots directives, and XML sitemaps. • Support structured data/schema validation (schema.org/JSON-LD) for rich snippets and answer engines. • Work cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and other developers. • Use Git-based workflows and contribute in agile/sprint cycles. • Document code, architectural decisions, and technical standards to ensure maintainability and scalability.
