Revenue Marketing Program Manager

• Own regional pipeline generation goals aligned to LATAM revenue targets. • Plan and execute integrated field, channel, and digital campaigns including events, webinars, ABM, and email. • Partner closely with Sales leadership and SDRs to prioritize campaigns, ensure strong lead handoff, and support pre- and post-event engagement. • Track and analyze campaign and funnel performance (MQLs, SALs, pipeline, ROI) and iterate based on insights. • Manage local field events, sponsorships, executive programs, and partner activations. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Digital, Content, and Partner teams. • Build and manage campaigns in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. • Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and output.

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or revenue marketing, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven success owning and delivering regional pipeline targets.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel demand generation and performance measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar), and ABM platforms.
  • Strong data fluency with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Channel partners.
  • Fluent Brazilian Portuguese.

Role Description Monogram Health is seeking a highly skilled and data-savvy Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager will play a key role in analyzing operational performance, identifying areas of improvement, and launching new processes and enhancements to optimize clinical program performance.
