• Familiarization with application management processes in the SAP environment • Managing customer relationships and handling support requests as part of 2nd-level support • Performing system analyses to ensure the stability and performance of customer systems • Supporting the design, planning and execution of projects (e.g., release changes) • Performing system customizing in customer systems • Further developing customer-specific requirements • Preparing system and process documentation

Job Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a degree in (Business) Informatics/Computer Science – or an equivalent qualification
  • Some practical experience in IT service management or with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking
  • Confident, customer-focused and team-oriented personality
  • Self-motivated to independently learn and take on new topics
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment in solving technical challenges together with customers
  • Good German and English skills and enjoyment in communicating within the team and with customers
