Job Description

Sales Operations Analyst

Truelogic Software

• Manage and maintain status reports for the sales team, ensuring that all activities are up-to-date and accurate. • Send and administrate contracts with clients, and ensure that all contract terms are accurately reflected in the company's records). • Work with the Head of Sales network to build and maintain strong relationships with the company's contacts. • Maintain reports to ensure CRM data quality and completeness, and work to identify areas for improvement. • Provide administrative support to the Head of Sales, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and preparing documents.

Job Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive).
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support role or similar capacity.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience with LinkedIn.
