Job Description

Intern – Marketing, Sales & Operations

Culture Vitale

• Help an exciting European/Parisian startup, Culture Vitale, spark more wellbeing, creativity, growth, and connection in workplaces across Europe. • This is a 3-month 360° international internship (unpaid, remote) anywhere in Germany where you’ll touch marketing/social, sales, operations, events, and community - and see your work create true impact. • Support content calendars, basic design/copy, posting & community replies; keep CRM tidy; update pages. • Help scout and vet cultural, wellness, and leadership development experiences/hosts. • Draft posts, newsletters, blurbs, and various communication. • Liaise with our network of experience hosts; coordinate slots, info, logistics. • Be on the ground at sessions - check-in, venue liaison, materials, feedback capture; post-event follow-ups. • Lead generation to develop the sales pipeline. • First contact with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, or phone. • Active prospecting of leads across various channels. • Manage and qualify incoming requests & leads. • Assist in Account Management for early-stage client relationships and pipe hygiene. • Contribute to strategic sales initiatives: build outreach frequencies, email templates & sales guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Hungry to learn a broad skill set across GTM and ops.
  • Organised , reliable with details and prioritization.
  • People-centric , clear in writing/speaking, and comfortable at events.
  • AI & tech-savvy with a good understanding of and interest in the latest tools (beyond basic ChatGPT, Zoom etc.)
  • Social media savvy including Instagram and LinkedIn and suites like Canva
  • Bonus: Have some initial experience in customer relations/contact
  • Bonus: Have some knowledge/understanding of web management and project tools

As a full-time Administrator, you will have opportunities to work closely with in-house actuaries, maintain client relationships and be part of a creative plan benefits team. PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully remote position and can be performed from anywhere within the United States. Key Responsibilities - Ability to perform A-Z administration and to independently manage a caseload of approximately 80 small combo plans. - Understand and interpret elements of DB/Cash Balance Plan actuarial valuation & be able to communicate issues to in-house actuaries and clients. - Prepare Annual Valuation packages for all assigned plans, including: - Annual Valuation Report - Annual Funding Notices - Letters for the Valuation package - Actuarial Certifications - IRS Form 5500 and related schedules - Additional IRS forms (i.e., 5330, 8955-SSA, etc.) and schedules - PBGC Comprehensive Premium Filings. - Plan design for existing and potential new clients. - Perform, review, and correct annual non-discrimination testing for stand-alone DB/Cash Balance Plans and combination DB/DC plans, including: - 410(b) - 401(a)(4) - 401(a)(26) - Gateway testing - Review all reports, tax forms, notifications, disclosures, legal documents, etc. that are sent to the client or a government agency. - Calculate projections and contribution requirements. - Prepare distribution calculations and review distribution forms prepared for terminated employees. - Research technical and regulatory issues related to client’s plans. - Maintain a positive and proactive relationship with clients and contacts, including plan upkeep and advising clients on technical and regulatory requirements. - Continue education through webcasts and ASPPA exams. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years experience in administration of qualified combo plans. - Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business/Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related fields. - Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented. - Ability to work well with others and be a team player in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to prioritize and multi-task. - Passion for client service. - Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications - ASPPA and/or NIPA credentials preferred, or willingness to work towards credentials. - Experience with Relius and FT William benefits software is preferred. Pay Transparency Statement The anticipated pay range for this position is $80,000-$95,000 annually. At Strongpoint Partners, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
