Role Description Strongpoint Partners is looking for a new team member to join us as an experienced Retirement Combo Plan Administrator. PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully remote position and can be performed from anywhere within the United States. Key Responsibilities - Ability to perform A-Z administration and to independently manage a caseload of approximately 80 small combo plans. - Understand and interpret elements of DB/Cash Balance Plan actuarial valuation & be able to communicate issues to in-house actuaries and clients. - Prepare Annual Valuation packages for all assigned plans, including: - Annual Valuation Report - Annual Funding Notices - Letters for the Valuation package - Actuarial Certifications - IRS Form 5500 and related schedules - Additional IRS forms (i.e., 5330, 8955-SSA, etc.) and schedules - PBGC Comprehensive Premium Filings. - Plan design for existing and potential new clients. - Perform, review, and correct annual non-discrimination testing for stand-alone DB/Cash Balance Plans and combination DB/DC plans, including: - 410(b) - 401(a)(4) - 401(a)(26) - Gateway testing - Review all reports, tax forms, notifications, disclosures, legal documents, etc. that are sent to the client or a government agency. - Calculate projections and contribution requirements. - Prepare distribution calculations and review distribution forms prepared for terminated employees. - Research technical and regulatory issues related to client’s plans. - Maintain a positive and proactive relationship with clients and contacts, including plan upkeep and advising clients on technical and regulatory requirements. - Continue education through webcasts and ASPPA exams. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years experience in administration of qualified combo plans. - Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business/Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related fields. - Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented. - Ability to work well with others and be a team player in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to prioritize and multi-task. - Passion for client service. - Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications - ASPPA and/or NIPA credentials preferred, or willingness to work towards credentials. - Experience with Relius and FT William benefits software is preferred. Pay Transparency Statement The anticipated pay range for this position is $80,000-$95,000 annually. At Strongpoint Partners, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. • Implement sustainable processes and systems to increase refinery margins by 2-3% without the need for capital investment • Specialize in achieving tens of millions of dollars in performance improvements within 6-8 months • Use data analytics, industry know-how, and technical experience to implement improvement engagements in over 40 refineries globally

• Execute IT infrastructure and application support tasks according to documented procedures (40%) • Responsible for executing IT operations processes to detect, escalate, and resolve incidents or potential incidents. Responsible for providing troubleshooting or tier 1 resolution services. (20%) • Provide incident leadership and assist with engaging and directing service delivery staff to restore service as rapidly as possible. (20%) • Responsible for managing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures manuals (20%)
