• Deliver high-impact strategic engagements • Lead high-impact strategic consulting missions (3–4 months) for IT/Data Executive Committees (CODIR) • Secure transformation roadmaps across IT, data and AI • Define strategies, roadmaps and executive-level business cases • Actively contribute to business development • Support consulting development: pre-sales, RFP responses, high-stakes pitches • Enrich offerings and convictions through field experience • Produce foundational assets: frameworks, benchmarks and methodologies • Deploy and disseminate OCTO approaches • Build consulting culture across extended teams at OCTO on methodology and advisory approaches • Ensure high-quality standards across engagements • Advocate our viewpoints on major technology and data transformations

• Participate in building our clients' services and developing critical solutions. • Configure and provision the necessary infrastructure. • Audit, challenge, and propose new technical directions. • Actively participate in R&D: monitor technology trends and promote best practices. • Train & mentor: share knowledge and support colleagues' skill development.
