Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience, Client Service Representative, or any related role.
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters
- Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred.
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
