SMM Manager

• Develop and regularly update the content strategy for key platforms taking into account advertising restrictions in Thailand. • Manage the content plan: rubrics, formats, tone of voice, tie-in to seasons, events, brand “states”, launch of new SKUs and activities in stores. • Create and adapt content: texts, scripts, stories, Reels/shorts, simple visuals (in coordination with the designer and brand team). • Manage daily: posts, stories, replies in comments and direct messages, basic moderation. • Work with UGC: come up with mechanics that provoke content from store guests. • Help launch and promote offline activities through social networks. • Participate in the selection of influencers. • Monitor key metrics: reach, ER, subscriber growth, engagement, link clicks, saves, replies to stories, etc. • Prepare brief reports on campaigns and months: what worked, what didn't, which formats and topics give the best result. • Constantly test new formats: Reels, polls, guides, carousels, live formats, collab content.
Job Requirements
- Experience working as an SMM Manager from 2–3 years: preferably in lifestyle, FMCG, restaurants/bars, beauty, health & wellness or other emotional categories.
- Understanding of how to build content and community around the brand, and not just maintain a “feed”.
- Experience working with Reels / short video, understanding of editing and basic principles of storytelling.
- Readiness to work in an environment where there are many tests, rapid changes, and launches.
- English not lower than Upper-Intermediate (content, comments, working with influencers and tourists).
