Project Manager

Unilever

• Project leader of a cross-functional team with team members sitting in both the US and China, charged with leading the US launch of an Asian range imported from China • Lead communication with R&D and Chef resources based in China as well as the US-based cross-functional team • Leverage previous experience importing products to expedite the launch • Lead the team to launch OTIF so UFS can capitalize as quickly as possible on the massive Asian growth opportunity • Engage with Local Asian Trade Partners/Distributors and Operators to develop RTM plan • Stakeholder management • Engage with marketing to support asset development

Job Requirements

  • 4 year College Degree or 2 years + Culinary Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in foodservice sales
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Product commercialization experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Additional experience in the Culinary industry a plus!
  • Proven track record of developing strategic relationships with decision makers both internally with key stakeholders and project team members and externally with operator and distributor customers
  • Negotiation skills and strong business acumen
  • Passion for driving results with strong experience in the food industry.
