• Project leader of a cross-functional team with team members sitting in both the US and China, charged with leading the US launch of an Asian range imported from China • Lead communication with R&D and Chef resources based in China as well as the US-based cross-functional team • Leverage previous experience importing products to expedite the launch • Lead the team to launch OTIF so UFS can capitalize as quickly as possible on the massive Asian growth opportunity • Engage with Local Asian Trade Partners/Distributors and Operators to develop RTM plan • Stakeholder management • Engage with marketing to support asset development
Job Requirements
- 4 year College Degree or 2 years + Culinary Degree
- 2+ years of experience in foodservice sales
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese
- Product commercialization experience
- Project Management experience
- Additional experience in the Culinary industry a plus!
- Proven track record of developing strategic relationships with decision makers both internally with key stakeholders and project team members and externally with operator and distributor customers
- Negotiation skills and strong business acumen
- Passion for driving results with strong experience in the food industry.

• Own delivery of customer implementations from pre-kickoff handoff through go-live • Define and manage implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria • Ensure consistent execution across accounts, aligned with Inspectorio’s implementation methodology • Lead kickoff sessions, recurring project status meetings, and executive updates (Executive & SteerCo, where applicable) • Track progress against plan; proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and scope changes • Drive decisions, unblock teams, and escalate effectively when needed • Partner with Solution Consultants on technical configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and validation • Coordinate with Product for discovery related to new capabilities • Work with Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to adoption • Act as the primary execution lead for customer-side stakeholders during implementation • Support CS in planning and managing UAT preparation and execution • Ensure Solution Consultants and Product provide required technical support during UAT as needed • Track readiness milestones and dependencies to ensure all go-live criteria are met before launch • Contribute to improving implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices • Provide feedback to CS, SC, Product, and Value Transformation COE on recurring gaps, risks, and opportunities.
