• Oversee a new digital learning project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives, managing dependencies, and balancing resources to maximize program impact. • Establish and manage the overall program framework for digital learning initiatives, aligning goals, resources, and timelines with business objectives. • Manage a portfolio of new digital first course development and update projects, establishing clear scopes, schedules, milestones, and delivery plans. • Lead end-to-end execution of course projects from initiation through launch, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met. • Design, implement, and continuously refine standardized workflows for course development, review, and deployment across multiple teams and platforms. • Develop and monitor key metrics for project performance, learner engagement, and process efficiency; report progress to leadership and recommend improvements.

• Works closely with Development to help review and address upfront construction and execution-related issues earlier in the project lifecycle, including constructability assessments, site visits, permitting, collaboration with JHA’s, and general collaboration and support of the early to mid-stage projects • Leads development of detailed baseline Project schedules which incorporate the appropriate durations necessary for each of the respective teams to perform and complete their work including contingencies • Provides input and review of pipeline project schedules for investment approval projects • Support the completion of preliminary engineering specifications for construction and supply contracts • Contribute to the development of detailed project management and construction strategy including implementation plans, budgets, and schedules • Manage the EPC RFP process including the scoping, identification, evaluation, selection, and final approval • Lead EPC contract execution including early-stage engineering and design in conjunction with legal, contract management, and execution • Participate in the identification and selection of suppliers • Coordinate with Cost Estimating & Controls to develop and maintain project budgeting and cash spend forecasts • Manage the integration and alignment of all project stakeholders – host weekly project status meetings • Develop effective relationships with contractors and suppliers to support the execution strategy • Embrace and live by the mission and values of Cypress Creek Renewables • Additional duties as required

• Manage client requests, budgets, and timelines for all projects within your team • Monitor project progress, identify variances, risks, and issues, and propose concrete adjustment plans • Work closely with account and delivery directors to handle requests, ensure quality service, and maximize the value of the work • Prepare account health reports and share key information with stakeholders • Ensure deliverables meet objectives, client needs, and established quality standards • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve organizational goals, in collaboration with operations, production teams, and internal subject-matter experts • Support your team in applying best practices and delivering high-quality work • As a team leader, provide positive leadership, motivate team members, and promote their well-being and job satisfaction

• Acts as operations lead on one or more AFT studies • Serves as primary point of contact between AFT and pharmaceutical industry partners associated with assigned AFT studies • Assists with the design, planning, implementation, conduct, and management of clinical studies from initiation through completion • Represents AFT Clinical Operations on the cross‐functional project team, and liaises with medical, statistical, regulatory, quality, and financial personnel • Manages one or more AFT junior operations staff • Oversees participating study vendors, including vendor agreements, statements of work, and vendor budgets • Manages overall study budget, including approvals of all subject visit payments and vendor invoices for assigned studies • Oversees and manages the development of study‐related documents together with the scientific team and protocol development team including, but not limited to, study protocol, informed consent forms, laboratory manuals, eTMF plans, etc. • Assists in the design, configuration, development, and oversight of study-level systems such as EDC, eTMF, and CTMS • Organizes, schedules, and leads study teleconferences and in-person meetings with investigative sites, physicians, vendors, and consultants as needed • Serves as the central escalation point for all study issues originating with component groups such as data management, site management, site monitoring, laboratory management, etc., and tracks escalated issues through to resolution • Reviews study-related materials including, but not limited to, monitoring reports, key performance metric reports, clinical trial agreements, etc. as needed • Works with the AFT Regulatory Manager to support regulatory filings as needed • Initiates and maintains study protocol(s) and associated amendment tracking • Oversees site activities on assigned studies, including feasibility, activation, accrual, maintenance, and closure • Tracks study progress and manages clinical timelines, including regulatory document collection, IRB approval, enrollment, management of clinical supplies, etc. • Helps build and maintain relationships with site investigators and other site study staff • Assists with the reporting of clinical data for regulatory or medical scientific purposes, including study publications • Participates in the development and implementation of SOPs and Clinical Operations processes and systems • Handles other duties as assigned.
