Project Coordinator

• Take full ownership of marketing project workflows in Asana and Notion, keeping everything visible, accurate, and on track. • Partner across content, social, creative, email, co-op, and paid media to ensure deadlines are met and projects move seamlessly from start to finish. • Work closely with teams in Europe, Africa, and the Tropics, clearly communicating timelines, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables. • Maintain detailed project plans, track ownership, and ensure briefs, assets, approvals, and handoffs are completed on time. • Anticipate risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints before they slow progress—and escalate strategically when needed. • Lead project kickoffs, status updates, and follow-ups that keep work moving and teams aligned. • Provide marketing leadership with concise, actionable updates that make decision-making easy. • Identify process improvements that increase speed, clarity, and consistency across the marketing organization.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations—ideally in marketing or creative teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Asana and Notion.
  • Strong project tracking, documentation, and timeline management skills.
  • Comfort coordinating across multiple teams, departments, and time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with near-native fluency in English.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and clarity.
