• Manage the end-to-end delivery, testing, and release of Access and Intrusion products, coordinating with R&D, engineering, product management, supply chain, compliance, third-party partners, support, and marketing. • Estimate, plan, and schedule project timelines. • Organize and facilitate project kick-off, stand-ups, sprint planning and review meetings. • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues. • Provide clear visibility of project schedules, status, resources, and costs to stakeholders. • Escalate issues and blockers in a timely manner. • Manage communication with third-party partners. • Facilitate team meetings and drive decision-making. • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Agile and project management processes. • Hold teams accountable for their deliverables and commitments; serve as an escalation resource and help to remove obstacles and facilitate decisions as needed. • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to set priorities. • Guide and motivate Kanban teams to deliver value. • Provide regular reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly status updates and KPIs.

• You help our development teams across uninu, FoodGenius and Personal.manager to deliver noticeably better: less friction, fewer context switches, fewer blockers — more focus and greater predictability. • You work with the teams to improve flow (WIP, focus, dependencies, interfaces). • You identify impediments early and actively drive their resolution. • You facilitate the relevant ceremonies (e.g., Planning, Review, Retro) in a lean, outcome-oriented way. • You help ensure decisions are cleanly translated into implementation and reliably tracked. • You support cross-team coordination across the corporate group so that work does not get stuck between teams. • You work closely with the Head of Engineering and team leads to ensure that structures and standards are effective in day-to-day work. • You bring a solid security focus and help embed security-by-design into the delivery routine. • You support our goal of achieving ISO/IEC 27018 certification — primarily through clean processes, traceable workflows and reliable follow-up.

• Serve as Scrum Master for two Agile teams within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring alignment with SAFe principles and federal contract requirements • Facilitate SAFe and team-level ceremonies including iteration planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, iteration reviews, retrospectives, and System Demos • Partner with Product Owners, Product Management, and Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to support PI Planning, iteration execution, and dependency management • Identify, track, and help resolve risks, impediments, and cross-team dependencies, escalating as needed through the ART • Coach teams on Agile and SAFe best practices, fostering continuous improvement and increasing team maturity and performance • Support PI Objectives development, commitment tracking, and progress reporting throughout the Program Increment • Monitor and report Agile metrics such as velocity, predictability, capacity, and flow metrics to leadership and federal stakeholders • Ensure transparency and compliance with federal governance, documentation, and security requirements while maintaining Agile delivery principles • Collaborate with stakeholders and government partners to ensure shared understanding of priorities, scope, and delivery expectations • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across the ART • Maintain team capacity and time off for planning purposes
