Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach. - Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams in a fast-paced environment. - Strong familiarity with .NET development, modern software engineering workflows, and DevOps practices. - Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipeline practices. - Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP) and the ability to apply them pragmatically. - Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in team performance. - Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills. - Effective at coaching teams at varying levels of Agile maturity. Requirements - PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, or ACP certification (PMP preferred). - Experience in enterprise engineering environments with multiple cross-functional stakeholders. - Background in Agile transformation, scaling Agile, or implementing DevOps culture. - Familiarity with metrics tools such as Azure Boards Insights, Jira dashboards, or Power BI.
