This description is a summary of our understanding of the job description. Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Growth Marketer to join our team as one of our first marketing hires. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling our customer acquisition and conversion efforts from the ground up. This is not a “run campaigns someone else designed” kind of job — it’s a builder role. You’ll experiment across channels, test hypotheses, build landing pages, optimize funnels, and discover what drives growth. You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing and the leadership team to shape our go-to-market strategy and lay the foundation for scalable growth. This is a unique opportunity to build the backbone of a high-impact tech company from the ground up. You’ll be joining us on a 100% equity-based compensation model, aligning your success directly with the company's. Key Responsibilities - Experiment & Discover Channels - Design and run rapid, low-cost experiments across paid, organic, and outbound channels to find traction. - Launch, measure, and iterate on campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, partnerships, and more. - Own the Growth Funnel - Map and optimize the user journey from first touch through activation. - Build and A/B test landing pages, messaging, and conversion flows to improve key metrics. - Launch & Manage Acquisition Campaigns - Set up and manage paid acquisition channels end-to-end — from targeting and creative to optimization and reporting. - Identify and scale the campaigns that deliver strong ROI. - Build the Growth Infrastructure - Implement analytics, attribution, and tracking tools to measure performance across the funnel. - Define KPIs, report on results, and use data to guide decisions. - Collaborate & Inform Strategy - Partner with the Head of Marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. - Share insights with product, sales, and leadership to shape roadmap and strategy. Qualifications - 3 - 6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing (startup experience strongly preferred). - Proven track record of launching campaigns and driving measurable growth from scratch. - Hands-on experience with digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email, SEO). - Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data, tracking metrics, and building dashboards. - Comfortable rolling up your sleeves: writing copy, setting up campaigns, building landing pages, etc. - Creative and experimental mindset: you’re energized by testing, learning, and iterating fast. - A builder mentality — you thrive in ambiguity and love turning zero into one. - Familiarity with SaaS marketing and B2B/B2C strategies. - Familiarity with no-code tools (e.g., Webflow, Zapier). - Exposure to lifecycle or product-led growth tactics. - Basic SQL or data analysis skills would be an advantage. Benefits - 100% equity-based compensation: Equity: Participation in VendueTech Ltd ESOP Trust, with share allocation based on hours worked and achievements. - Be one of the first marketing hires and shape the future of our growth strategy from day one. - Fully remote and async-first team culture with global talent. Company Description VendueTech is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected characteristics. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
