We are seeking a Senior Director of Central Infrastructure & DevOps Engineering to lead global teams responsible for architecting, operating, automating, and securing the company’s hybrid infrastructure platforms and CI/CD ecosystem. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role spanning infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, automation, and reliability.  Your Role: - Define and evolve Sangoma’s hybrid‑cloud infrastructure and DevOps strategy across on‑prem datacenters and Amazon Cloud Environment and drive a disciplined approach to determining and directing workload placement - Lead technology roadmap for all associated technologies, such as Cisco UCS compute, NetApp storage, VMware, OpenShift/Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, etc. - Partner with engineering, product management, networking, security and support teams to enable various telecommunication UCaaS and CCaaS platforms - Drive CI/CD automation, configuration management, instrumentation, and performance optimization. - Ensure 24/7 reliability, high availability, lifecycle management, and operational governance. - Understand and manage various costs of on prem and cloud environments i.e. support sourcing, renewal, savings and negotiations of contracts - Oversee modernization initiatives, cloud migrations, security hardening, and continuous improvement. - Serve as a hands‑on technical leader able to review designs, pipelines, IaC, debugging, and complex escalations. - Mentor global infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, networking, and engineering teams while fostering transparency and accountability.

• Set and drive product vision, roadmap, and quarterly priorities for our AI-driven real-world evidence products and expert-curated biomedical datasets • Lead planning and execution across the full product lifecycle (discovery → requirements → build → launch → iteration) • Align stakeholders and make tradeoffs across scale, speed, scientific rigor, and customer trust • Guide the work of a small, high-performing AI team and ensure engineering has clear, actionable requirements and success metrics • Evolve our hybrid model that combines AI and expert curation to meet pharma customer needs

• Expand and optimize strategy for how Bazaarvoice data reaches LLM partners (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) • Scale the collection, processing, and structuring of data optimized for AI consumption • Evolve what data is available for AI optimization, including feeds and APIs for LLM partners • Drive strategic decisions on which AI platforms and partners we integrate with and how we differentiate • Advance the product capabilities that enable clients' UGC to be discoverable and optimized for AI platforms • Evolve what we measure for GEO visibility and performance, staying ahead of market needs • Expand data foundations for GEO performance insights and client value demonstration • Lead strategy for ensuring UGC data is optimally structured and detectable by AI systems • Maintain deep knowledge of AI platform developments (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.), identifying opportunities for Bazaarvoice • Shape how Bazaarvoice leads in AI-driven discovery and commerce • Drive product strategy in partnership discussions with AI platforms and measurement vendors • Advance our strategy for how UGC powers next-generation AI-driven product discovery and shopping experiences • Partner with product teams to enable AI features • Establish best practices and guidelines for teams building AI features • Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams on AI strategy and client discovery
