Online Admin Assistant – E-commerce, Operations

eCom Solutions Inc

• Upload and manage product listings on Shopify (titles, descriptions, SKUs, variants, images, categories) • Format and crop product images to match website standards • Process daily online orders and prepare them for shipping • Work with ShippingEasy or similar shipping platforms • Enter and maintain product, order, and inventory data in SAP Business One • Support basic administrative and customer service tasks as needed

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify (product uploads, editing listings, SKUs, variants, images)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (item setup, data entry, basic navigation)
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with structured data (imports, exports, templates)
  • Basic image editing skills (cropping, resizing, formatting in Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools)
  • Experience with shipping tools such as ShippingEasy or ShipStation is a plus
  • Very detail-oriented and organized, able to follow clear processes
  • Based in Latin America and available to work full-time during US Eastern Time hours (9:00–5:00 or 9:30–5:30)
