• Active prospecting of companies (B2B) • Present recruitment and selection (R&S) services in a consultative manner • Schedule meetings and close proposals • Update CRM and maintain relationships with prospective clients • Meet weekly targets with agility and assertiveness

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience as an SDR
  • Previous experience with outbound/active sales (preferably in services)
  • Strong communication skills, organized, and able to work autonomously
  • Must be agile, pragmatic, organized, and eager to grow with the company
  • Proficiency and patience in active prospecting
  • Familiarity with automation tools/systems
  • Ability to qualify potential clients
  • Ability to organize spreadsheets for tracking
  • Comfortable using technology
  • Proactivity, discipline, organization, and resilience
  • Desirable: knowledge of HR or interest in the HR sector
