Sales Development Representative – Cold Email
Paired
- Own the full cold email process A–Z, including: - Prospect research, list building, and audience segmentation - Setting up and managing cold email tools, inboxes, and domains - Writing and optimizing cold email copy and multi-touch sequences - Managing domain warmup, deliverability, and inbox health - Launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns in real time - A/B testing subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and send schedules - Tracking performance metrics and reporting on campaign results - Delivering qualified leads consistently to our sales team
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing cold email campaigns with measurable results (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked)
- Proficiency with cold email platforms such as **Smartlead** or **Instantly** (required); familiarity with Lemlist or Woodpecker is a plus
- Experience with lead sourcing and enrichment tools like **Apollo, Clay, Hunter.io, Snov.io**, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of **inbox setup, domain management, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration**, and deliverability best practices
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach that drives replies
- Experience in **B2B lead generation** is required
- Experience in **financial services, lending, MCA, or business funding** is a strong plus, but not required if you can demonstrate strong cold email results in other B2B sectors
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on testing, optimization, and continuous improvement
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
