• New Business Development: Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound activities. • Map target verticals (AI, E-commerce) and maintain a strategic account list. • Build executive-level relationships (CIO, CTO, Head of Data, Product Leads) via industry events, alumni networks, WeChat groups, and partner introductions. • Manage the full-cycle sales from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing. • Develop and present proposals to prospective clients. • Engage with Leads: Develop strategies to identify and engage with potential clients in target industries. • Proactively schedule regular calls with leads to discuss their needs, challenges, and feedback. • Advocate for customer needs and preferences in internal discussions and decision-making. • Coordinate Internal Resources: Collaborate with technical, support, and legal teams to address client requirements.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, IaaS, or tech solutions.
- Proven success in managing full-cycle sales.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and meeting facilitation skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
- A track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals with diverse buyer groups.
- Eligibility to travel to Europe and Mainland China.
- Strong technical aptitude and passion for understanding our technology.
- Expertise in tech industries, including E-commerce, AI tools, Marketing & Advertising, Travel & Hospitality, Cybersecurity, and Financial services.
- Experience working with mid-market and corporate-sized companies.
