• Identify, develop, and execute long-term purchase and sales agreements for post-consumer plastics • Build strategic relationships with large key clients and industry partners • Conduct research, outreach, networking, and market engagement across industry channels • Enhance existing supplier and customer relationships to increase volumes and margins • Carry out site visits to assess material suitability and quality requirements • Actively manage commercial and operational risk in collaboration with internal teams • Use effective negotiation strategies to overcome objections and secure deals • Stay up-to-date on market activity, competitor movements, and pricing trends • Share customer feedback and market insights with internal stakeholders • Contribute to process improvements that strengthen sales operations • Maintain accurate CRM records of all customer and supplier activity • Produce regular market and activity reports for leadership • Support development of standard operating procedures to improve workflow

• Participate in putting plastic back into the circular economy, your role will be to secure diverse, stable supplies of scrap plastic commodities generated from the Waste Management and Recycling industry. • Collaborating internally and externally in a sophisticated commodity trading role. • Ownership of a market territory, focusing on building mutually beneficial relationships with all possible suppliers, controlling material quality by visiting and inspecting suppliers’ goods, and closing deals constantly. • Communicating with teams across the world in the deal-making process, needing to be flexible, hungry, and collaborative. • Issuing multiple material offers to global sales teams. • Quality checking materials in person and assessing commercial viability prior to offering to market.

• Map the Indonesian market and develop new suppliers and buyers across manufacturing, recycling and waste sectors • Identify and qualify opportunities aligned with Vanden’s strategy • Negotiate purchasing contracts for regular volumes of recycled materials, particularly PET/rPET • Execute sales of scrap and recycled PET to licensed manufacturers and recyclers • Actively generate new opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events • Maximise margins through effective negotiation • Conduct site visits to qualify partners and build long-term relationships • Manage risk and ensure material meets company and customer quality standards • Maintain detailed, up-to-date activity logs in CRM • Keep accurate customer and supplier records • Provide market insights and reports to management • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures

• Work with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to develop and execute the regional business development strategy • Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing LATAM commercial team • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities • Drive financial performance and regional growth • Map the LATAM market to identify new suppliers and buyers across manufacturing, recycling, and waste sectors • Develop deep knowledge of customer needs, pain points, and commercial drivers • Build long-term relationships with key material suppliers and buyers • Negotiate and execute contracts for regular volumes of waste and recycled materials • Sell rPET sourced globally to licensed manufacturers and recyclers • Maximize margin through effective negotiation and deal structuring • Conduct site visits to qualify partners and gather market intelligence • Challenge customer assumptions and overcome objections to close deals • Actively manage commercial and operational risk • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer data • Provide regular market insights and performance reports to senior management • Monitor competitor activity and help develop Vanden’s unique market positioning • Support the creation of internal processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations
