Senior Flutter Developer
Nile Bits, LLC.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter • Translate product requirements, UX designs, and technical specifications into well-structured, maintainable code • Build reusable components and libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across applications • Integrate APIs, third-party services, and backend systems • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and reliability, especially for video playback and streaming features • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across multiple devices and platforms • Stay up to date with Flutter ecosystem updates, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart in production environments
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns and state management solutions
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party SDKs
- Strong knowledge of performance optimization, memory management, and debugging on mobile platforms
- Familiarity with Git-based version control systems
- Ability to write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
- Prior experience developing video-based applications, such as streaming, video playback, or real-time media apps
- Experience with video players, media codecs, live streaming, or WebRTC integrations
- Knowledge of platform-specific integrations for Android and iOS
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications
- Familiarity with backend technologies and cloud services

Role Description The Senior Integration Engineer will lead the integration of medication data feeds from payer partners into DrFirst solutions. This role requires both technical excellence and strong relationship management skills, as you will own the ongoing business relationships with payer organizations while managing the continuous integration of their medication data. - Play a critical role in scaling direct payer integrations and prior authorization workflows. - Blend hands-on integration engineering, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with product. - Serve as a technical and business-facing leader for payer integrations. - Help transform complex payer workflows into reliable, repeatable, and scalable integration capabilities. - Manage multiple concurrent integration projects. - Maintain strong payer relationships through regular communication and updates. - Ensure seamless delivery as payers continuously add new plans, update formularies, and introduce new data elements.
