• As a team lead, contribute to internal coding standards and development practices, with a minimum of 2–3 years of team management experience • Monitoring the quality of the output of team members through active mentoring and code reviews • Participate in prioritization of product backlog and monitoring the progress in tandem with product ownership • Will take full responsibility for leading your team's software development process and delivering new features of obilet.com B2C web application and business API along with the current system’s maintenance • As part of the engineering leadership team, share responsibility for system monitoring and reliability, contributing to proactive detection and first-response efforts during incidents • Contributing to design and development phases for oBilet web application frontend and business API backend • Identifying, investigating, and implementing applicable solutions to business requirements • Ensure web application and business API meets current web standards & accessibility requirements • Following industry best practices in design and product development, also taking initiative in recommending possible enhancements • Maintenance of existing web application and business API • Following implemented source control & versioning guidelines
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Computer science, engineering, or related fields
- Previous experience in technical leadership of a team of 5-10 developers
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing and maintaining products with real-world usage in .NET technologies
- Strong English to follow technical literature
- Experience on developing interactive web interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience on developing web applications with critical mobile compatibility and cross-browser compatibility requirements
- Experience on developing web applications with whole Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET Core, .NET Core Web API, .NET Core MVC etc.)
- Experience in web services - RESTful services with .NET Core Web API is a plus
- Experience in Entity Framework and/or NHibernate ORMs
- Good knowledge on T/SQL and MSSQL Server
- Strong interest in the future of web application development
- Experience in working on projects that involved build procedures based on Gulp / Grunt
- Worked on at least one cloud technology preferably Amazon Web Services

Role Description The Senior Integration Engineer will lead the integration of medication data feeds from payer partners into DrFirst solutions. This role requires both technical excellence and strong relationship management skills, as you will own the ongoing business relationships with payer organizations while managing the continuous integration of their medication data. - Play a critical role in scaling direct payer integrations and prior authorization workflows. - Blend hands-on integration engineering, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with product. - Serve as a technical and business-facing leader for payer integrations. - Help transform complex payer workflows into reliable, repeatable, and scalable integration capabilities. - Manage multiple concurrent integration projects. - Maintain strong payer relationships through regular communication and updates. - Ensure seamless delivery as payers continuously add new plans, update formularies, and introduce new data elements.
