Senior Account Manager – Key Accounts, Mid Market

Sport Alliance GmbH

• Key Account Management: Strategic leadership and development of a defined portfolio of key accounts in the fitness industry. • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement account plans and sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and growth targets. • Needs Analysis & Solution Recommendation: Analyze and understand the complex requirements of key accounts, present tailored software and financial services solutions, and prepare compelling proposals. • Internal Coordination: Work closely with product management, marketing, and the Customer Success and Care teams to ensure ongoing satisfaction of key accounts. • Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze sales activities and market opportunities, and prepare regular forecasts.

Job Requirements

  • Experience & Track Record: At least 5 years of proven success in key account management within the SaaS or software industry. Experience in the fitness industry is desirable.
  • Languages: Fluent German (C1) and strong English skills (B2) in spoken and written form.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, and a confident presence at management level.
  • Market Understanding: Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and the ability to build and maintain long-term strategic customer relationships.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of SaaS technologies and the ability to present technical concepts to management-level stakeholders.
  • Way of Working: Self-driven, structured and strategic approach with a focus on achieving ambitious sales targets.
