Key Account Manager – Retail
SCOPE Eyecare & Healthcare
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with major retail customers • Act as the primary liaison to ensure strong communication with retail partners • Support and manage Scope’s partnership with the retail broker • Drive the growth of the OPTASE brand’s retail footprint • Identify and secure new retail partnerships • Lead daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of retail performance • Analyze retail data to monitor performance and track market trends • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and resolution of disputes • Partner with the National Key Account Manager to deliver successful annual reset processes
Job Requirements
- Business or Science related degree required
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Sales and/or Key Account Management, preferably within national brick-and-mortar retail
- Strong selling skills
- Deep understanding of the retail landscape, including category management, merchandising, supply chain, and promotional execution
- Experience managing relationships with large national and regional retailers
- Familiarity with concept-to-shelf processes, including product launches, planogram resets, and promotional calendars
- Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse account stakeholders
- Proven ability to analyze retail data and develop effective account plans
- Excellent computer literacy with advanced knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% across the U.S.
