Email Marketing Specialist
Sweat Pants Agency
• Support the creation of monthly email plans and calendars • Help translate strategy into clear tasks for copy, design, and build • Assist with segmentation, automation planning, and campaign structure • Step in to help cover strategy tasks when a strategist is out of office • Manage email production from start to finish • Coordinate timelines and deadlines across multiple clients • Track deliverables and make sure nothing slips • Gather feedback, organize revisions, and move work through approvals • QA emails before they go live including links, mobile formatting, personalization, segmentation logic, scheduling and send times, and UTMs and tracking • Ensure every send meets quality standards • Maintain clean documentation and project notes • Track performance across campaigns and flows • Pull insights on what is working and what needs improvement • Share learnings with the strategist and team
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
