Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff process. • Territory Management: Maintain a consistent field presence by visiting potential client locations. Attend networking events, trade shows, and local business gatherings to represent the company. • Data Management: Update and manage prospect data in the CRM system. Track and report on key performance metrics, including outreach activities, lead quality, and conversion rates. • Collaboration: Partner with Field Sales Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and feedback from the field.
Job Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Comfort with cold calling, cold walk-ins, in-person meetings, and managing rejection.
- High energy, resilience, and a growth mindset.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Entry Level Role - no formal experience required in commercial sales but preferred.
- Experience in the restaurant sectors with companies selling into the restaurant sectors preferred.
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to engage with decision-makers.

• Provide field sales support as part of the training program, including implant inventory logistics, case support, dressing changes, and other sales related activities • Conduct in-services and medical education to staff and surgeons. • Collaborate with Territory Manager to identify new revenue opportunities. • Job shadow Territory Manager to foster on-the job training. • Develop clinical and situational fluency to deliver the PolyNovo clinical and economic value proposition. • Sell targeted PolyNovo portfolio within the assigned territory or accounts. • Provide timely business reporting, activity, and results in the CRM. • Cold call inactive or new account targets as the discretion and assignment of the Territory Manager and Sales Director.
• The Architecture & Design Specification Representative is responsible for gathering and securing specifications from architects and designers to expand market awareness of the Richelieu brand and increase sales. • Working alongside local sales representatives, responsible for coordinating many aspects of a project, from specification phase to sharing of sales opportunities with sales representatives for closing of the sale. • Continuously build and strengthen relationships with current and prospective customers positioning yourself and Richelieu as your clients’ all-inclusive provider of specialty hardware and complimentary products. • Schedule and hold face-to-face as well as virtual meetings with new and existing clients, learning about current and upcoming projects and how Richelieu solutions can enhance their results. • Gather and secure specifications in product categories including decorative hardware, lighting, sliding door hardware, laminate, solid surface, quartz, and premium panels. • Identify and analyze past specification patterns of current accounts, and brainstorm ways to become their stronger, more inclusive supplier. • Provide educational training on products and industry developments to the A&D community. • Provide a state-of-the-art customer service experience, positioning yourself as their desired one-stop-shop. • Educate yourself on, and continuously stay up to date with, Richelieu’s product offerings as well as ever-changing market conditions and competitive landscape. • Utilize available sales support applications and systems, especially with proficient and consistent use of CRM. • Regular automobile travel is required, must have your own reliable transportation. In-person visits to customers three to four days per week are required, may require frequent lifting/pushing/carrying items up to 50 pounds.
• Responsible for generating and closing leads and opportunities within a strategic business units (SBUs) for global and domestic accounts, in accordance with SGS sales strategies and individual targets. • Builds and maintains an effective and professional relationships and close cooperation with key internal customers and support teams, including client services, global sales, technical and operations. • Develops and issues quotations and proposals, negotiates fees, terms and conditions as necessary. • Identifies and helps to drive key growth initiatives based on target markets and service offerings. • Works with corporate marketing to drive awareness of SGS capabilities. • Develops and executes sales presentations for clients, consistent with the sales and marketing strategies. • Collaborates with the Operations Manager and Department Manager on a coordinated sales approach. • Acts as the lead person on preparing the written proposal in response to customer’s RFP, coordinates all information from the different disciplines and arranges the formal response. • Maintains knowledge of the SGS Group network and services. • At all times, adopts a safe behavior by exercising applicable health and safety rules and regulations of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures.
