Job Description

Creative Performance Marketer

Wing Assistant

• Lead hands-on ad creation and A/B testing: Develop variations of ad copy, static visuals, motion graphics, short-form videos, and carousel assets; conduct A/B tests on headlines, images, CTAs, formats, and hooks to enhance engagement and ROAS across platforms. • Conceptualize and execute full-funnel campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and more, iterating creatives based on real-time performance data. • Partner with design and video teams to produce polished assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. • Optimize advertising budgets by scaling high-performing creative variants and maintaining fresh ad libraries with updated copy, visuals, and videos. • Monitor key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and creative fatigue; apply insights to iterate ad assets and A/B testing strategies. • Stay ahead of trends in short-form video, UGC-style ads, and platform algorithms to fuel innovative creative experiments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in performance/growth marketing, with demonstrated success in ad production and A/B testing yielding strong ROAS (3x+).
  • Proficiency in creative tools (Figma, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, Canva) and ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Strong skills in copywriting, visual design, and video editing, supported by a portfolio of performance-tested assets.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting data and driving creative optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in team settings.
