Business Development Manager
Eurofins
• Design and implement the business development strategy for Switzerland. • Collaborate with leadership to execute the strategy and achieve growth objectives. • Acquire new clients and develop long-term partnerships. • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure. • Participate in congresses, seminars, and industry events to increase brand visibility and recognition. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales materials for new business opportunities. • Track market trends and key stakeholders to support business development efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in Biopharma or Life Sciences.
- Strong local industry network is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to generate new opportunities, acquire new clients, and expand the company’s footprint in new market areas.
- Customer-centric approach, demonstrating that client needs are a priority.
- Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, both externally and internally.
- Excellent language skills (verbal and written) in English and German; knowledge of Swiss German and French is a plus.
- Confident use of IT solutions (MS Office, CRM software).
