Prop Trading Operations & Risk Manager

• Operational Oversight: Own and manage the end-to-end trading operations, ensuring seamless coordination between account management and technical execution. • Risk Framework Management: Develop, implement, and monitor risk management frameworks specifically tailored for proprietary trading activities. • Communication Control: Monitor and validate information flow between account managers and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and prevent operational slippage. • Account Integrity: Act as the primary control point for validating critical account data, trading parameters, and compliance with company policies. • Crisis Management: Identify potential operational and execution risks in real-time and provide immediate, data-driven solutions to mitigate impact. • Process Scaling: Ensure that operational systems and risk controls are scalable as the company expands into new international regions (such as the DACH market). • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Growth and Engineering teams to ensure operational capacity aligns with business expansion goals.

Job Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Mandatory 3–5 years of experience within the Proprietary Trading industry. Candidates without direct prop firm experience will not be considered.
  • Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of prop firm account structures, trading platforms (MT4/MT5, DxTrade, etc.), and risk exposure metrics.
  • Operational Background: Proven experience in managing or overseeing account management teams in a high-pressure, structured environment.
  • Autonomy: Highly proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision (no training provided; expertise is expected from day one).
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) with high attention to detail and accountability.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze trading data and identify patterns of risk or operational inefficiency.
