Staff Site Reliability Engineer
Zscaler
• Create and maintain highly scalable solutions based on KVM LINUX, Kubernetes, and Public Cloud Providers • Analyze and troubleshoot systems performance and issues across the OS and Applications • Maintain platform security and observability using nftables and robust monitoring tools • Manage and deploy systems and software in diverse environments, including Kubernetes and OpenStack • Develop and maintain automation tools using Python, Golang, and BASH
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of web security, protocols, and SSH
- Technical aptitude in security frameworks including PGP, SSH, PKI, and Multi-factor authentication
- Deep knowledge of network fundamentals including DHCP, ARP, Subnetting, Routing, NAT, Firewalls, IPv4, and IPv6
- Hands-on experience with Container Orchestration services such as Docker and Kubernetes, and automation tools like Ansible
- 5+ years of experience in a Linux/UNIX System Administration or SysAdmin role
