• Develop and enhance our core products in C# and C++ • Design and implement high-performance, maintainable software components • Analyze and optimize existing components (performance, stability, memory) • Actively contribute to architecture and design decisions • Conduct code reviews and ensure technical quality • Work closely with product management, QA and support

• Consulting, designing and implementing cloud and on‑premises solutions for international clients • Translating complex customer requirements into technically and commercially viable solutions • Close coordination with internal teams from Sales, Product and Marketing • Identifying optimization, cross‑sell and upsell opportunities along the customer journey • Leading consulting projects and providing technical support during implementations • Analyzing customer feedback and project insights to further develop our product • Monitoring technology trends and assessing their relevance for our business • Presenting our solutions in webinars, demos and international customer meetings

• Collaborate with the engineering team to further develop our development, test, and staging infrastructure • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Microsoft Azure • Deployment and configuration management for Kubernetes clusters (AKS), including Helm charts • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) • Integrate new services, databases, or tools into our existing environment (including installation, configuration, and integration) • Automate processes using Bash, PowerShell, or Python • Implement basic security practices in development and test environments • Support monitoring and logging (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana)

• Assist in building, implementing, and operating services in Microsoft Azure • Support ensuring smooth operation and continuous monitoring of our services • Help adjust and optimize our cloud environments for current workloads • Participate in automating recurring cloud processes • Support responsible account management in compliance with GDPR • Work closely with our development and testing teams to continuously improve our products

• Beratung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Cloud- und On-Prem-Lösungen für internationale Kunden • Übersetzung komplexer Kundenanforderungen in technisch und wirtschaftlich sinnvolle Lösungen • Enge Abstimmung mit internen Teams aus Vertrieb, Produkt und Marketing • Identifikation von Optimierungs-, Cross- und Upselling-Potenzialen entlang der Customer Journey • Durchführung von Consulting-Projekten sowie technische Begleitung von Implementierungen • Analyse von Kundenfeedback und Projekterkenntnissen zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Produkts • Beobachtung von Technologietrends und Bewertung ihrer Relevanz für unser Geschäft • Präsentation unserer Lösungen in Webinaren, Demos und internationalen Kundenterminen
