• Be responsible for attaining new logos by generating pipeline, working on tenders and negotiating complex deals with business leaders, VP and C-level executives. • Work together closely with other colleagues from Sales, Solution Engineering, Business Development, Customer Engagement, Value Consulting, and other teams to analyze and improve existing processes. • Become a consultant for your customers, advising them on how Parloa and Agentic AI brings ROI to their day-to-day business, challenges and needs. • Deliver presentations to and lead workshops for customers, digital and on-site. • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attain new logos in a defined account list within Germany.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Technology/SaaS Sales in a closing role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends, with the ability to articulate narratives of digital transformation.
  • The ability to find customer needs and recognize sales opportunities.
  • Great negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Native/bilingual German (spoken and written) and great English skills.
  • Technical affinity and interest in the (Agentic) AI industry.
  • Optional: Experience selling in the CCaaS, AI or Customer Experience industries.

Position Summary As a Mid Market Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for fleets operating between 200 and 1,000 vehicles. You will serve as a consultative partner to mid-sized for-hire and private carriers, demonstrating how PrePass’s weigh station bypass, toll management, and safety solutions reduce operational costs and improve fleet efficiency. This role requires strong discovery skills, multi-stakeholder relationship management, and a proven ability to close new business in competitive mid-market segments.
