• Manage timelines, deliverables, and task ownership across multiple active projects • Keep initiatives moving with clear expectations, strong follow-through, and proactive communication • Track milestones, identify blockers, escalate risks early, and maintain execution momentum • Build and maintain organized systems in Notion and Google Docs • Create standardized templates, SOPs, meeting notes, and project repositories • Ensure documentation is clear, searchable, and aligned across technical and non-technical teams • Support and document workflows that leverage tools like Zapier, Make.com, or n8n • Collaborate with technical or operations teams to map processes suitable for automation • Help ensure automated workflows are clearly documented, monitored, and easy to maintain • Work directly with senior executives and leadership teams • Summarize discussions, decisions, and next steps with clarity and precision • Run or support meetings with structured agendas, action items, and follow-ups • Prepare project updates, dashboards, and summaries for leadership • Help define reporting frameworks and improve operational processes • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for speed, clarity, and scalability
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience in SaaS, consulting, enterprise, or similar environments
- Strong proficiency with Notion, Google Docs, and collaborative project tools
- Working knowledge of Zapier, Make.com, or n8n, including how automation fits into operational workflows
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a steady, executive-ready presence
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive alignment across diverse teams
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure where none exists
- Hands-on experience supporting or documenting automated workflows (Nice to Have)
- Background in operations, RevOps, or internal tooling projects (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with AI, automation platforms, or technical product teams (Nice to Have)
