Operations Specialist, Bilingual Spanish
Hire Overseas
• Build, manage, and troubleshoot daily and weekly schedules using **LMN** • Coordinate job assignments for both English and Spanish-speaking crews • Ensure schedules and jobs are fully prepared for the following day before sign-off • Resolve conflicts, gaps, or last-minute changes quickly and calmly • Maintain accurate data inside **LMN**, CRM systems, and internal trackers • Support implementation and ongoing use of **HubSpot** as the CRM • Keep files, Google Workspace, and internal documentation organized and current • Identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements • Support onboarding and internal training on LMN workflows • Conduct or assist with **LMN trainings in Spanish** for field teams • Build simple guides, reports, presentations, and employee instructions • Manage email correspondence with clients and vendors • Handle inbound VOIP calls and route or resolve inquiries • Conduct cold outreach and follow-up for HOAs and real estate agents • Maintain professional, timely communication across all touchpoints
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4+ years** of experience in operations, coordination, or field-service support
- Background in **landscaping, construction, home services, or field operations** is a plus
- Familiarity with **LMN or Aspire** preferred
- Strong systems mindset and ability to think critically under pressure
- Comfortable training teams and explaining workflows, including **in Spanish**
- Clear communicator who manages multiple priorities without constant oversight
- Experience with tools such as **WhatsApp, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, ADP**, and CRM platforms

Role Description We’re looking for a bright and motivated Operations Manager – Property Condition Assessments to join our Building Science & Resiliency team in one of the following locations: Texas, Florida, or Arizona. - Lead in keeping the team members and all stakeholders safe. - Assist the Director and Senior Vice President in developing and implementing regional strategies aligned with the Company’s goals. - Oversee project budgets and keep staff on task. - Meet with clients and attend Client and Industry organization meetings/events. - Work to foster strong relationships with existing Clients and develop new Clients. - Lead project team, providing direction, mentorship, coaching, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. - Gather opportunities for work and then prepare/review proposals for potential work. - Assist the Director and Senior Vice President to help drive a culture of effective people management and career development with a focus on growth and preparing successors for key roles. - Perform senior technical, senior review, and client management duties where appropriate. - Engage in professional organizations, attend conferences when necessary, and/or contribute to technical committees in line with their field of work. - Lead by example in the office and in the field in accordance with Pinchin’s Core Values and desired culture. Qualifications - 8 plus years’ experience in the construction/building industry. - Licensed Architect or Professional Engineer, or ability to obtain license within 12 months of hiring, preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering (architectural engineering, civil engineering, construction management, etc.) or architecture field, preferred. - Valid driver’s license and an adequate motor vehicle report. - 2 plus years of previous management experience. - Technical understanding of the due-diligence inspection process including an in-depth knowledge of performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) per ASTM E2018. - Working knowledge of building enclosure systems (waterproofing, roofing, facades, glazing, fenestrations, air/vapor barriers, etc.) and general construction. - Working knowledge of other third-party consultant reports typically performed during due diligence/real estate transactions such as environmental site assessments, zoning letters, surveys, seismic risk assessments, and property resilience assessments. - Strong verbal and interpersonal communication and technical writing skills. - Ability to travel 25% of time outside of immediate region. - Experienced with typical Microsoft Office Suite to support and run a business. - Ability to visit projects/job sites and work outside during all seasons. This may include working from ladders, boom-lifts, scaffolds, and rooftops. - Ability to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision, and the ability to pass a company physical. Role Description The Operations Intern plays a pivotal role in the success of the LaunchX summer program by overseeing student success and engagement, data analytics, and creating crucial reports to monitor the program’s success. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to assist in the day-to-day operations of our Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programs. This is a remote, full-time, temporary, intern role that requires full focus during LaunchX student sessions. Interns will actively engage with LaunchX sessions throughout the day, supporting the Lead Intern, Instructors, Administrative Coordinator, and Head of Operations.
