Real Estate Sales Representative

• Manage and respond rapidly to inbound sales leads from platforms like Apartments.com and other sources** • Generate and develop outbound sales opportunities through self-sourced prospecting activities** • Schedule and coordinate onsite property showings for qualified prospects across the portfolio** • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants throughout the sales process** • Track and optimize lead conversion rates to maximize revenue impact and pipeline performance
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience.
- Documented professional experience within the U.S. real estate industry.
- Strong multi-channel communication skills, including phone, text, and email follow-up.
- Proven ability to manage and process high-volume sales lead workflows.
- Ability to independently schedule and coordinate property showing appointments.
- Experience working with both company-provided and self-generated sales leads.
- Availability to work standard Eastern Time business hours.
- Some college coursework completed or an associate-level credential preferred.
- Willingness to complete organization-provided software platform training.
