• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers across manual and automation testing • Define and continuously improve the overall QA strategy, test standards, and best practices • Design, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on functional and technical requirements • Own and execute functional, integration, system, and regression testing for all releases • Build, maintain, and scale automated test suites for UI, API, and backend workflows • Plan and execute load, stress, and performance testing to validate system behavior under peak traffic • Ensure defects are logged with clear reproduction steps, impact analysis, and prioritization • Partner with developers to improve testability, automation coverage, and defect prevention • Provide quality sign-off and risk assessment for production releases • Establish QA metrics and reporting to track quality trends over time

• Review and Audit Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough reviews of treatment plans to ensure they meet insurance and regulatory standards, align with medical necessity, and reflect best practices in ABA therapy. • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all treatment plans meet ethical, legal, and insurance requirements, following guidelines set by BACB, funding sources, and state regulations. • Provide Feedback & Support: Offer constructive feedback to BCBAs on treatment plan content, goal selection, justification, and documentation to improve clarity and effectiveness. • Monitor Data Integrity: Ensure treatment goals and progress reports are data-driven, objective, and accurately reflect the client’s progress. • Assist in Standardization: Support the development and implementation of standardized templates, checklists, and guidelines for treatment planning. • Collaborate with Clinical Teams: Work closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff to improve treatment planning and ensure consistency across all client programs. • Stay Current with Best Practices: Keep up to date with industry changes, insurance requirements, and evidence-based interventions to enhance treatment planning standards.

• Conduct a minimum of 8 quality reviews per associate per month. Monitor processes including call handing to ensure program KPIs and established quality guidelines are met. • Auditing case records to ensure proper charting and interactions are documented appropriately against the established quality guidelines. • Prepare quality score reports by associate, team and/or program for management review on a weekly and monthly basis. • Identify service trends and collaborate with management to ensure and promote adherence to Patient Solutions and support guidelines within assigned areas. • SME for all aspects of the program(s) to determine areas of concern as well as opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate errors. • Upon notification of program enhancements, assist with developing associate training materials and participate in training sessions ensuring associates understand how the program enhancement will impact the quality review/score. • Monitoring program AE’s and present findings to management for immediate review and reconciliation. • Providing support to program team on periodic department audits. • Additional responsibilities as needed based on department, program, and project requirements.

Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent - Experience: 5+ years of experience in Software QA Engineering roles. - Biotechnology, diagnostics, healthcare IT, or other regulated industry experience strongly preferred. - 5+ years of LIMS, laboratory workflows, or reference lab data systems testing. - Demonstrated success in highly dynamic, multi-project, process-driven environments. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Experience operating in HIPAA-, CLIA-, or FDA-regulated environments. Requirements - Strong understanding of SDLC, software validation, and release management. - Proficiency with backend testing and SQL query development. - Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, Jama). - Ability to validate complex algorithms, mathematical models, and clinically-driven formulas for accuracy and reliability. - Exceptional written and verbal communication, with precise documentation skills.
