• Responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing large volumes of unstructured data, interpreting them and then assisting in the creation of strategies and decision-making to promote business development. These data may originate from diverse sources and be related to many different types of businesses. • Responsibilities: - Familiarity with statistics. - Creation of queries in databases. - Ability to interpret data. - Observance of information classification: Clicksign 982e0c61-cbdf-4f08-99a1-c65a43aec050 ARP No. 161/2025 SICLG 61193 LC 210/2024 - CECOT 76/137. - Experience coding data query scripts (SQL-like).
Job Requirements
- Required Education:
- Completed bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering or other Information Technology fields; or a completed bachelor's degree in any field plus a specialization in Information Technology.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data, including headcount, turnover, demographics, and skills inventories • Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to inform decision-making • Utilize various methodologies to forecast future workforce demand based on business objectives, market trends, and organizational growth plans • Lead or support the development and implementation of workforce planning initiatives, including scenario planning, organizational design, and workforce optimization projects • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, department managers, and senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into workforce plans • Provide expert advice and guidance on workforce planning best practices • Leverage HRIS and workforce planning software to enhance data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and forecasting models • Contribute to the development and refinement of workforce planning policies, procedures, and guidelines • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in workforce planning.
