• Responsible for the long-term strategic design, implementation, maintenance, testing and use of Commercial Risk Rating Models and Loss forecasting models utilized for credit risk management or other enterprise initiatives • Ensure compliance of models to all regulations • Monitor and report on performance of all models • Determine when redevelopment or recalibration is needed • Conduct internal validation and back testing of all models • Partner with Centralized Technology to ensure that models are fully integrated • Manage the output of Quantitative Analysts and Modelers • Define, develop and deploy best credit risk practices and infrastructure bank wide

• Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data, including headcount, turnover, demographics, and skills inventories • Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to inform decision-making • Utilize various methodologies to forecast future workforce demand based on business objectives, market trends, and organizational growth plans • Lead or support the development and implementation of workforce planning initiatives, including scenario planning, organizational design, and workforce optimization projects • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, department managers, and senior leadership to understand business needs and translate them into workforce plans • Provide expert advice and guidance on workforce planning best practices • Leverage HRIS and workforce planning software to enhance data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and forecasting models • Contribute to the development and refinement of workforce planning policies, procedures, and guidelines • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in workforce planning.

• Understand the current data structure and validations • Perform a detailed mapping of the Risk Center, including regulatory documents DOC 3040, 3044 and 3050 • Analyze public metadata from Bacen (Brazilian Central Bank) and internal data in a democratized environment (AWS) • Conduct structured interviews with Finance stakeholders to identify pain points, risks and improvement opportunities • Carry out exploratory studies using data analysis and ML techniques, including prototype development and roll-out
