Channel Factory
• Campaign Setup and Management: Assist in the setup, execution, and day-to-day management of paid social media campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. Ensure all campaigns are implemented according to client briefs and aligned with performance goals. • Programmatic Media Buying: Execute media buys across social platforms programmatically, optimizing delivery to achieve KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS. Ensure efficient and effective spend allocation across multiple social channels. • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor campaigns daily and optimize in real-time by adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to improve overall performance. Support the Senior Social Media Buyer in identifying opportunities for optimization and testing. • Budget Management: Track and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms and that campaigns are pacing toward target KPIs and objectives. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in compiling campaign performance data and insights into reports for the Senior Social Media Buyer and account management team. Contribute to the creation of clear and actionable performance summaries for client presentations. • Collaboration with Senior Buyer and Teams: Work closely with the Senior Social Media Buyer to ensure that all campaigns are on track and optimized for success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and performance of campaigns. • Account Management: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring effective communication on campaign performance, optimization strategies, and any updates. Provide clients with regular performance reports and address any questions or concerns in a timely manner. • Margin Optimization: Support margin optimization strategies by closely tracking financial performance and adjusting campaigns accordingly to meet profitability goals. • All other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid social media buying across platforms like Meta and TikTok.
- A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Familiarity with programmatic buying and social ad platforms.
- Proficiency in social media platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific reporting).
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CPA, CPM, CPC, and ROAS.
- Comfortable with testing and campaign optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and identify key trends, providing insights for optimizing campaigns and driving performance.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including account management, creative, and senior-level team members.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of creating clear reports and delivering insights to internal teams and clients.
