Job Requirements
- En charge de l'activité commerciale de la Région Centre
- Il/elle met en œuvre le développement commercial en fonction des objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Il/elle anime et encadre une équipe de responsables secteur LifeVest.
- Encadrement, coordination suivi et développement d’une équipe (contact régulier avec les TM, recrutement, formation, évaluation, entretien d’évaluation, absences, déclaration de temps, note de frais, CRM...)
- Suivi de l’activité commerciale
- Suivi de la qualité des dossiers patients et de la facturation / travail collaboratif avec les services administratifs
- Suivi des durées de prescription et des actions mises en place pour organiser la récupération de la LifeVest
- Suivi systématique de la procédure de demande d’équipement non conforme au décret
- Suivi des indicateurs et statistiques
- Pilotage régional de son activité
- Contribution dans la définition des besoins PSR pour l’équipement et la formation des patients / travail collaboratif avec le/la Manager SFP
- Représentation auprès des réseaux professionnels, évènements externes (congrès nationaux et internationaux)
- Démarche commerciale et développement du réseau KOL
- Réunions mensuelles de Management (équipe DR) et annuelle (ASM)
