Job Requirements
- Doctorate in Education, Public Policy, Social Science, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in education research and/or evaluation
- Proven experience in planning and executing research-based technical assistance, training, and coaching.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting peer-reviewed education research studies using causal and correlational research designs.
- Established connections with state policymakers and education stakeholders.
- Experience leading, managing, and supervising staff.
