Job Description

National Director – Leadership Giving

Pancreatic Cancer Action Network

• Develop and implement an integrated strategic cultivation plan that will generate major, principal and planned gifts • Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift prospects • Build and maintain a portfolio of 100-125 donors and prospects • Cultivate planned giving relationships • Serve as primary donor strategist for each prospect in the portfolio

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of successful major, principal and planned giving experience
  • Proven record of securing gift commitments at the six-figure level and seven-figure level
  • Experience with major gifts in a healthcare environment would be an advantage
  • Strong research, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of technological proficiency with fundraising software, such as Salesforce or Raiser’s Edge.
