• Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) / Operational Risk Management (ORM) transformation program • Develop and lead project teams to establish and implement robust transformation programs • Communicate and coordinate effectively across diverse client stakeholders • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and operational/maintenance leaders • Contribute to thought leadership on Asset Integrity methodologies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent (MSc or MBA preferred)
- ~15+ years of experience in asset integrity, maintenance or engineering
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Willingness to travel extensively
