Senior Consultant – Process Safety Management, Asset Integrity

• Leading client teams and driving the execution of consulting engagements in integrated Asset Integrity Management • Structuring, sequencing, and leading client engagements • Overseeing checks and analyses to develop improved asset reliability • Communicating progress and outcome to clients and proactively identifying issues • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and operational/maintenance leaders • Contributing to thought leadership on Asset Integrity methodologies and mentoring junior colleagues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical will be an advantage) or equivalent (MSc or MBA preferred)
- ~12+ years of experience in asset integrity, maintenance or engineering
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Work experience in leadership positions in asset integrity/maintenance and reliability positions on operating industrial plants
- Experience in developing procedures to define key system requirement and KPIs for Asset Integrity Management
- Knowledgeable on Recognised and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP) i.e. ASME, API, NACE, etc.
