Technical Implementation Manager – SaaS

• Responsibility for the team's backlog • Analyze, structure and prioritize requirements in collaboration with Customer Delivery Managers • Translate business/functional requirements into clear technical user stories and acceptance criteria • Ensure on-time delivery, high quality and transparency throughout the delivery process • Continuously maintain and evolve implementation standards • Continuously develop the team and processes, with a focus on skillset, efficiency and scalability • Establish clear KPIs and provide transparency on progress and capacity/utilization

Job Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a comparable role with project responsibility, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • You are an experienced leader, particularly in motivating and purposefully developing team members
  • You are a proficient user of agile methods such as Scrum and familiar with related processes and tools
  • Very good German and English skills (C1)
  • Strong understanding of software development, APIs, integrations and platform architectures
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors or near-/offshore teams
  • Experience in the insurance or InsurTech sector is a plus but not required
