Engineering Project Manager – Media Analytics, Data Platform

• Lead the Media Analytics team responsible for products that ingest, process, and visualize streaming session data. • Own the lifecycle of analytics products, delivering insights on Quality of Experience and Quality of Service. • Engineer robust, low-latency ingestion pipelines, resilient and capable of capturing real-time telemetry. • Define governance frameworks for consistent and reliable analytics compliant with global privacy standards. • Hire, mentor, and retain a world-class team, leading performance reviews and fostering a culture of safety and accountability. • Drive the roadmap for analytics stack, collaborating with customers and teams to ensure actionable insights are available.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in engineering management with a proven track record of managing people, conducting performance reviews, and building inclusive, high-output teams.
  • Strong understanding of Data Governance frameworks and the complexities of Metrics Ingestion at scale (real-time telemetry, data lakes, or stream processing).
  • Background in software engineering with experience in microservices, CI/CD, and scalable architectures in public cloud providers (AWS/GCP).
  • Familiarity with stream processing (Kafka, Flink) or OLAP databases (ClickHouse, Druid) is a significant plus.
  • Comfortable driving consensus through ambiguity. You can balance technical debt with the need for rapid innovation.
  • Deep experience in Scrum/Agile, using these frameworks to empower teams rather than micromanage them.
