Role Description We are looking for an AI-Agentic Product Owner to join the Alternatives & EasyApache Team on the CloudLinux OS Web Stack project within ELS. As the AI-Agentic Product Owner, you will orchestrate a high-velocity engineering team using AI-driven development. Instead of spending time in long alignment meetings, you will focus on shipping product by cutting through bureaucratic overhead and technical debt. In this role, you will drive the adoption of AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and Gemini across the team and integrate AI into everyday engineering workflows: - Stakeholder collaboration: Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate with support and other teams to resolve client issues; use AI where helpful to summarize context, draft responses, and maintain internal knowledge. - Automation and efficiency: Drive automation of routine tasks such as version updates, patch management, monitoring, and testing, using AI tools to accelerate scripting, code review, and documentation. - Technical collaboration: Work closely with engineers on Linux-based systems and infrastructure, helping guide technical decisions, automation strategies, and packaging workflows. - Operational improvement: Identify opportunities where AI can reduce operational toil, improve consistency, or surface issues earlier (e.g., code review support, CVE triage, dependency analysis). - Release management: Participate in release management and use AI-assisted tooling to support release notes, changelogs, and release communication. - Quality engineering: Design and maintain automated test suites; leverage AI to generate, extend, and refactor tests and to analyze test failures. - Agile delivery: Own Scrum execution and Jira workflow management, ensuring efficient and transparent delivery processes. - Process development: Build and improve team workflows, documentation, and operational runbooks, using AI where it helps create clearer and more consistent processes. - AI adoption leadership: Lead the team’s adoption of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini), share effective prompt patterns and workflows, and track improvements in cycle time, productivity, and quality while ensuring outputs are properly reviewed. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience leading teams with a focus on Delivery. - Deep workflow with tools like Cursor and LLM agents to accelerate the SDLC. - Extensive experience implementing automation that removes humans from the loop. - 3+ years of deep GNU/Linux experience. - Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency for effective communication. • Collaborate with Product Managers to formulate our product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Own the product backlog, balancing conflicting priorities to determine prioritization • Own the release planning and sprint planning processes, including setting release and sprint goals, and successfully delivering on those goals • Provide an active role in mitigating risks and issues impacting successful team completion of release and sprint goals • Proactively identify and solve problems by investigating root causes, developing solutions, and clearly articulating what resources or actions are needed to resolve issues before they impact delivery • Ensuring acceptance criteria are met with current release and conducting sprint reviews from a business/customer perspective. • Producing documentation with Product Managers and Marketing to support development, launch, support, services, and sales and marketing initiatives • Performing detailed product demonstrations for external and internal audiences to communicate the benefits of the solution • Serving as a subject matter expert to assist with sales and support as needed.

• Support Product Managers and Product Owners in managing cross-functional development scope across Scrum teams • Assist in the development of product vision, goals, themes, and features, contributing to roadmaps and near-term planning • Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives • Help translate product requirements into well-defined backlog items and user stories that reflect customer needs and business value • Collaborate closely with Engineering to clarify requirements and address implementation questions • Review QA test plans and results to ensure alignment with acceptance criteria • Review product documentation for accuracy and completeness • Assist in communicating release contents and expected product behavior to internal stakeholders and, when appropriate, external customers • Coordinate with other teams and departments to support visibility and alignment across products • Help communicate product goals and priorities to technical teams • Support prioritization decisions by considering value delivered relative to effort and scope • Contribute to regular project status updates and reporting under the guidance of senior team members • Help identify risks or impediments to delivery and escalate issues as needed • Perform other related duties as assigned
