Qualifications - 3+ years of experience leading teams with a focus on Delivery. - Deep workflow with tools like Cursor and LLM agents to accelerate the SDLC. - Extensive experience implementing automation that removes humans from the loop. - 3+ years of deep GNU/Linux experience. - Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency for effective communication. Requirements - Agentic Leadership: You lead by doing. - AI-First Orchestration: Understanding of AI to bypass manual documentation. - Systemic Automation: Ability to script in Shell or Python. - Linux/Infrastructure Backbone: Knowledge of infrastructure pivots. - Candid Communication: Ability to intercept bad ideas and communicate a United Vision. Benefits - A strong focus on professional development with opportunities for learning and growth. - Interesting and challenging projects. - Mentor and other knowledge-exchange programs. - Fully remote work with flexible working hours. - Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves. - Compensation for private medical insurance. - Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement. - Opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.
